Course 1. Antipasto plate for 2 **or** Tuscan Lentil soup
Prosciutto melon, Smoked salmon, Caprese salad, Roasted peppers, Bresaola filet mignon, local charcuterie ***or*** a zesty vegetarian Lentil soup Italian traditional soup for New Year's eve to wish "Health & Wealth"

A winter salad mix with fennel, mesclun greens, radicchio with a roasted garlic Caesar dressing

Fresh Maine lobster ravioli served with a tarragon vodka/rose' sauce with baby shrimp & broccoli
